Support for wifi piggybacking phone carriers

My phone carrier is Republic Wireless, which is a carrier that uses wifi first, and when wifi is not available, it uses cell data. So because of that, Discord sees my phone number as a VoIP number, and it's not allowed. My phone does have VoIP capabilities, but it's a normal phone number and should be allowed.
