Server-wide user notes!

In my server we have a rather active user-base and have had many people breaking the rules and like to give fair punishments judged off the user history in our server however there is not way to keep notes on a user so if discord was to add a second user notes section above or below the current user notes section that are server specific and will show the users notes for that server BUT don't make this accessible to everyone have 2 role permissions "edit server user notes" and "view server user notes" they do what they say on the tin no explanation needed. I think this would be a good idea as it would make discord servers more controllable and easier to moderate as you can have background information so mods/admins can make a fair decision. (before you comment you can do this with warning with MEE6 or something i know this already i just think this would be a good feature for discord to have without a bot)
