Notifications on/off for certain people

Discord should add a feature where if you right click a user, there is an option to turn notifications on/off for certain people, kind of like muting a server for a certain amount of time but you mute the actual player. I know you can just block them, but if one of my friends is spamming the group chat, I want to turn off notifications for them specifically. I have attached an example.
