Undisable account

My account was disabled, seemingly at random for "spam". I have so much stuff in there that i dont think i can get back (dead servers, xenon backups, bots, etc) and i dont know what happened. The appeal form yielded an automated response. I need my account back. should i try their twitter? what can i do to get a human?
