Enterprise blocking of attachments/uploads or locking of servers

It would be great to be able to block users on our network from uploading attachments of any kind when on our corporate network. At the moment we need to block Discord totally to prevent the sending of PII - if we could block just attachments, then we could allow it. For example, if all uploads went to a known host name, we could block this on the web filter/DNS server.

Another option would be to allow access to a single (or select) servers (again, based on DNS/host name so we can do it at the gateway), so we know the servers are blocking uploads, and the users can't connect to other servers.
