Krisp Sound Issue

Whenever I'm voice chatting with my friends in our servers, I try to turn on Krisp to suppress any background noises that they may hear in the background (I have a noisy family). However, whenever I do this, my voice either turns robotic or I'm not heard at all. The issues are resolved whenever Krisp is turned on. I have the Discord Windows app, not the browser version. It's up-to-date with updates, and the laptop is a brand new gaming laptop and it was doing the same issue on my previous laptop, so the issue does not lie in with my computers. Does anyone else have this issue, or is it just me? If anyone DOES and you've resolved it, how did you resolve it, and what steps did you take?
