Better default notification/Setting to include both suppression options when muting servers.

Surely been mentioned before, but a setting to also suppress all mentions when muting a server would be ideal. Even better a setting that would completely mute servers by default would be great. For every single server I've had to go through the process of muting it, going into notification settings, and selecting both suppression options. The current default behavior seems quite backwards for the desire of the majority of users. I understand it increases interaction with Discord, but this functionality is really just a pain in the ass as I imagine the majority of users are having to go through this process to not be annoyed by Discord in ensuring they're not missing things from people/servers they actually care about...
