Disabled account
My old account was disabled but I didn't receive any email explaining why.
I've opened like 7 tickets but I always get Clyde answer saying I've received an email... even if the ticket itself is for not receiving the email.
This is crazy. Worst customer experience ever... Does someone know what should I do?

Hello, if you have looked for, and never received an Email, but are still getting told by Clyde Bot to check your Email, check your Spam/Junk folder first.
If that doesn’t work, make sure you never deleted the email from Discord
If that doesn’t work, try sending an Email to Discord with the “Help and Support” headline, or if you feel it’s more a bug, change the headline to “Bug Report”

I had this happen to me on 4 different accounts, lol.
I think I figured out the problem. I once saw a server just appear on my server list, and I think it is one of those spam servers because hundreds of people were joining in a matter of seconds ( I never got an invite from the server). I later received an email and my account got disabled there was one line that really stood out to me " Participating in a server dedicated to spamming Discord" IDK how they did this lol

Noah Day I've checked multiple times all the hypothesis you explained. I'm trying now sending a new ticket with the headline as the one you mentioned. I do not expect any improvement from the last 5.
