Option to pin messages for yourself

It would be nice for everyone to have the ability to pin messages for their own selves that they want to remember from a discord channel so they can get back to it quickly. There can be markers for global pins that only those with permissions can set as opposed to personal pins that only the person that pinned it can see. (like red pin for global, blue for personal)
