Extending Role Permissions Setting

Hi everyone, this is a suggestion, on how I think, and I know others (maybe) will agree, Discord could improve the manage role settings.  I have had an account on it for over 2 years now and have ran my fair share of servers. So, I wish you can add more settings for roles. Certain roles can only manage those roles that they were given to manage. I wish that could be more safety for servers. For example: a partner from another server wants to provide "role x" and this partner can provide other roles because he is higher in the role hierarchy, but I would like this partner to be able to provide only "role x".
And about channel settings, how about make more advanced setting of message managing? For example: moderator only can delete messages without fixing messages, and backward.
