Private Messaging server

Is there a way that I can create a text channel where everyone can type, but nobody can see what they send except for myself (the admin)? I am trying to do this because I may not want everyone in my server on my friends list (and with a lot of members I don't want to be flooded with messages), but I want them all to be able to anonymously air out problems with me concerning the server/ other things.
