Moving messages from one server channel to another

Hello. I'd like to suggest adding a feature that allows administrators, or other members with the right permission, to move a message from one channel to another, without changing or reposting the message.

A common issue is that people go off-topic from what a channel is supposed to contain, and the conversation ends up staying there, even though it's irrelevant to the channel topic.

For example, if I own a server about games, and there's a channel about Minecraft, in which people go off topic and start talking about League of Legends. It'd be nice if I, or another admin of the server, could move a message, or a group of messages, into another chat (a LoL chat, in this case), so the whole conversation could continue in there instead.

    I agree to this.

    It is possible to establish a culture of mindfulness towards which channel to post what topics in, however, in the process it often is hard to not make people feel thrown off when deleting their message, even if you try and explain before deleting. Encouraging people to swap channels would be well supported by moving their conversations to the right channel and invite them to continue from there <3 .

    I also miss the option for admin/moderator to move messages from one channel to another.

    Also to move messages in the channel to group reply's a little so you get a more readable "FAQ " channel as no one scroll several hundred messages to read all reply's on one question to find the one that fit there progress in the game (lvl/league), they post the similar question simple at new.  

    Now we (admin's/mods) only have the option to delete if a member posted in the wrong channel and is actually offtopic there or move an on going new event discussion to another (new) channel.


    Especially in a channel like Q&A where several members have spent time/effort to react on the same question, only the option to delete is very primitive to keep a channel readable.

    Moving messages to another channel or split to different game mechanics, which can aslo as example in the Archive category, shows more respect and avoid the discussion why another answer was chosen, than simply deleting it as housekeeping.
