Under 13

I have a 12 year old friend on discord who is turning 13 in June. She is seen to be more mature than some people here who are over 13, and her mom moderates her account and knows what she is doing on here.

Is it ok for her to use discord??

    i mean. call this an unprofessional opinion. but 90% of apps that have an age requirement have tons of people under that age requirement using the app daily. it's just part of the internet.
    according to discords tos then no. it's not ok.
    but who cares? it's the internet. unless you go and tell discord *ahem* that she's under 13 than who's gonna know?
