Voice Recorded Messages

I think the idea to be able to record voice messages like Instagram or Snapchat. It would spice up discord chats and just be a really neat feature. To also have the ability to turn it off in a channel using permissions would be necessary.

  Honestly, upon thinking it would be very helpful.

  Mobile users tend to use voice to text on their device for other applications such as I message, WhatsApp and so on, and it's simple, and easier than having to type out everything for an explanation or for something else when it's late at night. This feature would also be beneficial for PC users as you could bind your keys to activate it and send it upon done. 

  Overall, I think it is a well thought of idea and will be a great idea to add into the system.

  I feel like this feature could be very helpful but then we will need a new permission to handle it because it could quickly create spam.
