Disabling the counting of @everyone mentions

While it is possible to disable notifications from messages containing "@everyone" it is sadly not possible to disable the counting of those messages.

This means that only the notifications are disappearing and the count of unread messages are still incrementing for every @everyone mentions.

Since the @everyone mentions is sadly abused a lot I think it would be great to have an additional option blocking the counting of @everyone messages per server and optionally for the whole client.
