Discord Message 'Read' System

I think that discord should add a message 'read' system in DM's. In servers there could be button that when clicked, shows a list of people that have had the message on their screens for more than five seconds or in other words, read the message.

I wanted this so I could see if people reacted to my deep fried images and just didn't respond.
