Gif disappeared from the "favorites" section

I woke up this morning, I saw that I was thrown out of the discord account, I enter the password and two-factor authentication. I go to the GIF department and absolutely all GIFs disappear. The question is how to fix this, and is it possible at all?

  Guessing this happens from loggin in from different devices. I lost mine as well last night after logging in on my phone, so now on my webpage there are no more favs. I am still looking for an ez fix.
