remove reaction counter

not to remove the actual reactions, just the counters on them. example the smiley :smile: would have a number written underneath it like 10 or so depending on how many people reacted, an option to have that number removed would be great, im trying to run a reaction role to gain entry to my server but i want people to read the rules, which tell you the correct emoji to select to get access. not only is this a form of human verification but if the correct reaction has 100 more counters than any other, its not going to be hard to tell which one you have to hit without reading the rules
