60 FPS Webcams / Turn on Camera

Discord--particularly Discord Nitro--needs to support 60FPS webcams and devices acting as webcams, such as Virtual Cameras from OBS and other streaming software. If you enable such a feature, it will be a selling point for Discord Nitro. I understand that your screen share/Go Live feature supports 60FPS, but the Turn On Camera feature must also support high quality HD streaming at high framerates to match modern gaming needs. Thank you!

  And for those who've invested into expensive 60 FPS webcams, it would be really nice to be able to leverage that on an app as frequently used as Discord.

  I second this! 

  having Webcam together with the game stream is a must.
  my group is using OBS Virtual Camera.. but the quality is not even close to fx google meet.

  I would rather want to see Discord camera backend to default it's video input to 30FPS and when having Nitro, having a switch or something to enable 60FPS if user wants it.
  
  I have Elgato Facecam and the software is reporting me, that it's using uncompressed 720p60 for no reason, when the video might be sharper at 30FPS, performing better under lower light while using auto exposure.
