adaptive output audio eqaulization

Hey, It would be so relifing if i can just adjust a single slide which would control the volume of the sound coming from of my friends in the same voice channel. instead  of manually having to adjust it manually one by one, each time they adjust their mic or change something

So if the volume of that user is high, it would reduce it. and if it is low. it would amplify it
