Dummy Server / Tutorial server

This would be a private server no one else can access or become public.
The main purpose would be it allows people to test features without affecting their public servers and also experiment with the dummy server.

Some features of the dummy server:

1) Server size | Setting how big the server is, the larger the server the more features you have access to. This feature would allow people to test features that are available in their public server as well as locked features, so people can get used to them before it happens.

2) Fake member messages | These would be messages sent by fake members to test mainly bots and the moderation system. The messages themselves wouldn't contain any profanity, but perhaps a trigger word would be used instead. This would help people test bots such as MEE6 and Vortex.

3) A Tutorial on how to do basic actions, such as creating a channel, category, role, setting up permissions etc. I feel like this would defiantly help first time server owners

  I agree with this, Cause when I first started using discord I was a noob. And eventually started to know how things work without tutorial. This would be a smart choice for begginers on who want to make discord severs
