more audit log functions

the audit log doesnt feel it tells enough. for example, channels being moved are not shown for some reason. anyone with admin permissions could easily move channels and annoy people without a soul knowing

and of course theres other things it should show but right now thats my main concern since ive had issues with that in a small server
