E2EE (End To End Encryption)
Without E2EE, hackers can easily get into DMs and send, edit or delete messages (and can even interrupt or speak over the calls) without user's intervention
Please stop this by adding E2EE to every DMs so that when users send their messages the come out encrypted to hackers and they are only accessable to the user the user is chatting with or the members of the group DM
Please also add it to voice and video calls to stop hackers (except the user the user is chatting with or the members of the group DM) from interrupting or speaking over the call

No. It's still encrypted in transit, and you'd have to get access to physical Discord servers, and it's very likely encrypted in storage as well. Even if they can it would not be easy, and there will be protocols in place to prevent a snapchat/snaplion scandal.
I believe you are actually referring to token stealing where local cookies are read from Discord or browser to get the session token, which identifies a sign-in session. And E2EE would not be able to stop token stealing.
Plus calls are single-origin, meaning you would tell if an attacker connected, because you would get disconnected.
