[Feature Request] More Options for DM Groups

It would be really helpful, for Group Dm's for the owner to have a certain amount of "control".

For Example, transferring Group Ownership, Deleting Messages, Let only the Owner add Members instead of everyone.

It doesn't need to be much, but simple Stuff would be really appreciated
