Deafen additional setting.

Can you please add an ability to lower volume to a particular level (ex: 10% or 20%) with the Deafen hotkey instead of it completely turning off the audio?

This would be really useful when playing games like Tarkov where audio is a huge gameplay element and you are playing in a team 4 or 5 where there is a lot of people talking. Most of the time it's more important to be able to hear your team over game audio, but there are short instances when people try to sneak up on you when it would extremely valuable to hear both your team and the game, but the game audio being at higher volume than the team. Deafen hotkey is an ok fix but lowering the volume hotkey to a specific predefined volume would be ideal.
