Boosting DM's

So basically i had this idea of being able to boost dm's.

there would be 3 tiers(like servers) but with less boost required. (i.e. lv1 = one boost, lv2 = 2 boosts and lv3 = 3 boosts) the benefits of this will be the upload cap will get higer(same as servers), the use of this is example(also the reason im making this post) i am working with a friend on a thing, but we need to keep uploading to yt to show things off, as im planning on buying nitro next month, this feature would be really useful!

file size caps:

lv1 = 50MB
lv2 = 100MB

lv3 = 200MB

there would be rate limitations on uploading files larger then 100MB, you can only upload those every 10 minutes, to avoid bots flooding the servers.
