Advanced Permissions

All the suggestions below will appear in the role section called "Advanced Permissions"

Role Ping

- Make roles that can manage roles be able to select which roles can ping which roles. This would help people with permission make it so Event Managers can ping @Events but not other roles.

Community

- Make owners able to select which part of the "Community" section roles can view.

- Make owners able to select which part of the "Community" section roles can edit.
