Someone is attempting to use one of my emails to verify a discord account

My personal email (not the one I have attached to my discord account) keeps getting emails asking to verify a discord account that isn't mine. As the email only contains the username and not the numbers I have no way of contacting the person doing this. There also is no "This isn't me button in the emails". How can I stop this from happening?

  Go to the login screen and put your personal email there and use "Forgot Password" to change the password of that account, break into it and show them that they have no right to use your email 😎

  I'm having this same issue. Changed my password just in case. But I got another one today.
