choose who can/can't see your custom status

sometimes, i want some certain group of people to not see my custom status (specifically people who i dont know/am not close with) i think it would be nice for you to choose who can/cant see your custom status, like choosing between everyone, only friends or choose specific people from your friends list!

  I agree, this would be useful. Would probably default to shows to everyone, then you can turn off certain people.

  I'd also like to have this as an option for servers - so your status shows in the Members bar for some servers but not in others. When you set/change your status, you could check boxes for which servers it'll show in and which ones it won't (same concept as here https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360051710794-Blocking-certain-servers-from-seeing-your-custom-status-rich-presence but different implementation).

  Agreed. Statuses tend to be personal info or inside jokes and such, but if you happen to be in the same server as say a teacher/boss, coworkers/classmates, a sensitive friend, or other such person or group of people you don't want obvious access to your status (even if you have friended them), a feature to let you choose would be awesome. Because lets be honest, we have all gone "oh crap, they can see that" at some point.

  I agree. I would like to choose which servers see my custom statuses. I am in a couple of professional servers for my job, and a few unprofessional ones where I like to make a custom status that may or may not be seen as unprofessional sometimes. Maybe an option in the settings of each server where I can choose if they see my custom status would be cool.
