Seperate "Move User" and "Disconnect" Permission

Tofu everyone!

2020 is over and you can certainly make a wish.
My community switched from TeamSpeak to Discord last year and we are very happy with our switch.

However, we are missing some permissions settings that are more adjustable in TeamSpeak. There are already some posts about separating the permissions "Move User" and "Disconnect". But I would like to address this topic again.

  I would also like the Move User permission to be split into two seperate Permissions:

  1. Being able to Move a User out of a channel
  2. Being able to Move a User into a channel

  The behavior, if you can have only the permission to Move a User into a channel, but not the permission to move them out of the channel they are currently in, the Move User menu should not display.
  
  Furthermore, if you can Move a User out of a channel, but have no permission to move him somewhere else, the Move Menu should also not display.

  That's a serious problem
  "Move User" and "Disconnect" permission must separate, for example I wanna give permission to somebody for just move users between channel but they aren't allowed to Disconnect users
  Please separate them
