Account wrongfully disabled

I was in a voice chat with a person (not by choice, mutual friend added me and pressured me into joining it) This person had released my private information, and took down my WiFi via a Dos attack in the past, and with solid proof I got their old account deleted. In the voice chat as I was about to leave, this person told me to send them this video I had (It is graphic) so I did so, thinking nothing of it (It took convincing from my friend and them to make me send it as I REALLY did not want to have any form of contact with this person) I send the video, and while in another voice chat, my account is disabled for sending graphic content with no consent. The problem with this is that they had asked me to send it to them, so why on earth was I banned for it? I have sent appeals that have been denied, and do not know what to do.
