Mentions and replies notifications

Hello,

I really like the new reply system Discord now has, but I think there could be some improvements made. I have summed up some things that I could find handy.

1. Changing how the mention on/off button works for replies. Many times I've accidentally mentioned someone while they didn't appreciate it, because of the mention of the reply. Maybe the on/off toggle could transfer through messages, so once you toggle it to off, it will stay off for future replies until you turn it back on. An alternative is to make it user specific, so if I reply to Wumpus and put the mention to off, for future replies to Wumpus it would be off until I were to put it back on.

2. More notification settings for mentions and reply-mentions
I think there should be more settings available for the notification you receive from mentions. Currently you can disable the red dot globally, and you can disable the sound for messages. I would like to have this more customizable. The best would be to have different switches to set if you want to receive sounds for normal messages, messages mentioning you, and replies mentioning you. additionally the same options for the red dot, but I don't find that as annoying.
3. Switching between the reply and quote system
While I love the new reply system, some people still want to use the old quoting system. I think there should be a switch to choose between using the new reply system, or the old quoting system. I know you can still manually quote using >, but the old quote button would be awesome for some people.

  I agree, I just planned to write that there should be a default ping setting: ping or not ping when quoting.

  I would like to be able to set reply pings globally or per-server: I'm in a couple of servers where pinging some or all members is frowned upon and I would like to be able to have my default in those servers to have replies not ping the person I'm responding to.

  I would like to set an option on *my* profile so that anyone replying to me gets the ping toggle set to Off by default. Possibly a per-server option.
