A Bot to allow existing members to vote whether new members can join the server.

Example Scenario:

• You join a server, and have limited functionality.
• You need existing members (with a "trusted" role) to vouch for you before you have full functionality.
• You text or voice chat to gain favor with the existing members.
• The members then vote by posting your name in a dedicated voting text channel (or whatever functionality the Bot offers)
• If enough people vote/post your name, then your role gets changed, and you now have full functionality.
