Suggestion: Programmable delay for chat feed

I'm in a sports wagering community. Sometimes, a few of the people are up to a couple of minutes behind on the stream they're watching, especially if they're overseas. They want to join the chat to see the conversation about games or fights that are going on, but they're seeing reactions to plays that won't happen on their screen for another minute or two. It would be awesome to have a programmable delay to the chat log that would only last for a set amount of time (also configurable).

The person who is 2 minutes behind on their game feed can set the chat to a 2 minute delay, so they see reactions to the game as they watch them unfold.
