Stopping a user from using Text with a 'right click'

There's already an option when in a voice channel to "Server Mute" or "Server Deafen" when in a voice channel as a user with Admin rights. Could the same be done for All text channels on a right click?

Right click the user > Tick a checkbox that says "Server Silence" > They can no longer Speak in voice channels Or Type in ANY text channels. (Or, as "Server Mute" already exists, it could just be Text channels)

  100% this. Not sure how this still isn't a thing. Bots can't work correctly because they clash i.e. with Twitch roles (that can't be modified by mods/admins).
