Mentions

I was creating a discord bot and I tought about a really practical feature. An option available in text channels that could disable pings when users are mentioned. This would allow discord users to talk about someone, mention them to write faster their name, without them being pinged (if they are mentionned in the channel). This feature already exists in a way, when users are mentionned in an embed they don't receive a notification.
