Sounds settings for notifications

I think there should be somewhere to change the sounds for notifications only. And you and specific them one by one, and not adjusting all of sounds from the application by the volume mixer. This is needed to be added since sometimes ringtones are just too loud and if I turn down the application volume, I can't hear others notification sounds such as message, mentions etc.
