/ Commands

Currently, / commands are disabled (will not send, instead cause a screen shake), on the desktop client unless the Text Box Beta is turned on. But the text box beta is super ugly and cluttered. Also, making it a toggleable choice and then it not actually being a choice is dumb. Please revert it to being able to use / commands without all the visual clutter of the Beta.
