New updates not available in old servers

Discord had a new update where the mobile app version is changed. All old server's channel's layout slightly changes, yet the settings aren't. Such as in the settings of the role, previously you would not be able to see the role's members, but the new update allowed it in new servers, not old servers. This is very frustrating as I've been waiting for this feature to come but it is not available in my server.
