Account disabled, support doesn't help me :c

Hello, I recently got my account disabled and I can't connect.

I was just in few server just hanging out and playing with friends I never did anything bad, but I recently got an mail saying I violate the terms of services...

When I call the support they just said "your account will stay suspended" without giving me what did I do wrong...

I got all my memory on this account, and also lost my personal streamer discord which have no access atm...

I realy need help, if also see I'm not the only one in that case so I guess it is just a common problem for users.
