Up the Character Limit per Message In Rules Channels to be possibly 4000 Per Message
Obviously the count can be higher, 5000 is an even settling point but seeing as 2000 is the current amount for any channel, doubling it to 4000 should seem to be more than enough for a single message. If needed, possibly put a cap on how many messages can be put in a Rules Channel, obviously this can be done with the Discord Community feature allowing for specified #rules channels.
This way rules channels can have more in-depth content for each server and not have such a hard time cramming all the rules into one message or having a long list of messages in one channel, further allowing more room with editing the rules if need be down the line, which would be more than extremely helpful.

Not 4k!!! It needs to ve 10k or 5k+. If there was a story writing competition in a server then characters would exceed 10k easily and if it was a short story then it would exceed 5k easily

I feel like 10k might be too much per message, and infinite would be obviously way too much, I'm thinking realistically here. Obviously the reason why there's a character limit in the first place is because they want to limit the amount of characters in messages they can hold in their data servers.
