Reporting Discord ToS violations without a message or channel link
TL;DR: It is impossible to make a report to Trust & Safety without a message or channel link, but sometimes evidence of violations can pop up on other platforms. We need a way to make reports even if we are not in direct contact with the violator on Discord.

So recently a multi-player game server (which uses Discord as their forum/communications platform) I was playing on was the target of a hacker/griefer who damaged server assets and interrupted services. I found out this was not the first time this happened, that the perpetrators had done this before. I also found out the griefers have a Youtube channel where they show off their hacking/griefing of multiple servers over the course of months/years at this point. I reported them to Youtube, but I am not holding my breath that anything will necessarily be done about them.
I decided to take a closer look at their channel when the video of our server popped up, and I noticed in the description that they were also attempting to solicit these exploits, and they provided their Discord username. Upon trying to report this to the Discord team though, I found that it was impossible to do so. This is a clear violation of Discord's policy on distribution of hacks/cheats/exploits, but I have no way to report them since the report submission form requires you to provide a message/channel id. All I have is a user id, and I do not have plans to play private investigator and get involved with these users. I messaged the help team, and the only useful info they could give me was to provide feedback here. If someone from Trust & Safety would like to reach out to me (since it is impossible for me to get in contact with them), I would appreciate it.
So please Discord, give us a way to actually submit reports that does not require a Discord based link. Evidence of violations can occur on outside platforms and should still be reportable.

I'm a moderator on Reddit and have a similar issue with a scammer that keeps posting on a subreddit I moderate to advertise a supposed transaction that they have no intention of fulfilling after receiving money. They always provide the same Discord account to contact, but apparently that one never gets dealt with, and we can't report it because despite knowing the account name, we have no contact with that account ourselves.

This feature would be a great help. I recently had someone attempt to scam me through Steam after they hacked a friend's account. The scammer told me (as my friend) that they "Accidentally" reported my account for fraudulent purchases and that I needed to take action to prevent my Steam account from being banned. The hacker stated that I could contact a "valve employee" by the name of Rick Johnson either through the Steam Community or through Discord.
This was how they hacked my friend. Under the guise of being an official Valve employee they had her provide her HackShield code and then they stole her account and contacted all of her friends in an attempt to steal more accounts.
The messages sounded like a scam with several major red flags so I never reached out to the Discord Account and went through official Steam channels to ensure my account was safe. Because of this, I want to report the account that the hacker is using to impersonate the Valve Employee but cannot without a message link. I attempted to contact the Discord Team on Twitter nearly a month ago, but the only response I have received is another automated message. I am beyond frustrated that I cannot report this account to help prevent more people from being hacked.0
