Mention only specific roles

I know you can make it so a role can ping everyone, here and all roles. 
However you can't make a role can ping a specific role without letting it mention everyone, here and all roles.
So if I want to set up a community games role that other people can ping if they want people to play with, I have to give everyone permission to mention everyone, here and all roles (Which is bad)

So currently, except if your a moderator, there is no way for users to mention specific roles which would be beneficial for game nights, seeing if anyone is online to play a specific game etc.

So I propose to have a separate check box in role for "Can mention specific roles" and then a drop down that list all the roles in the server and you can pick and choose which roles it can mention.
