Suggestion- Unblock Request feature

Hi as other people always had been blocked and heartbroken/upset one another has blocked them so I want to suggest a feature that I would love to see is an unblock request feature, where if the person that was blocked can request the person that blocked them to unblock them.

  I am against this because I think a lot of people who block others have a reason and have no intention on unblocking them. So this would become a giant annoying feature for people because the other person can just spam them in till they unblocked. Which defeats the purpose of blocking in the first place.

  Just thought it would help some people as some people are indeed blocked unfairly..
