Review emotes

I think it would be really helpful if discord could review emotes before they're added to a server or something similar that blocks certain uploads of emotes. Such as emotes that artists don't want to be upload, it would save them the hassle. Nsfw emotes since there isn't an age gate, and flashy emotes that can be harmful for users with epilepsy, etc. I feel like it's better to make discord a safer environment for all members.
