Channel Permission to Allow Anyone to @mention This Role

I would love to see the ability to add a channel permission that allows users that are not admins, to mention a certain role in a certain channel.

As of right now, the only options I am aware of are either giving the role the ability to mention all roles in the channel, or allowing everyone to mention the specific role, regardless of the channel.

It would be great to see the permission "Allow anyone to @mention this role" as a channel permission so users without the permissions to mention all roles can still mention one specific role in a channel, without having to be mentioned in other channels by other users.
