Hacked account + theft

Hello, my friends account was hacked and he tells me that discord support hasn't responded yet. This was 4 days ago. The hacker transfered ownership to his account and is running scams on it. The hacker also use my friends payment info to buy $50 worth of nitro gifts, which ik put my friend overdraft cause he doesn't have a job or sorce of income. And he had his bank chargeback the payments and that instantly disabled his account... It's urgent discord response but it's already been 4 days...
