More control over game activity in status

So this is kind of a personal problem, but lately I get kinda stalked by a 'friend' from our server. It's like he is looking at our status every day and gets frustrated when someone plays a game without him. Now personally I would actually like to show my game activity in my status for if friends want to join, or sometimes it just starts a fun conversation, but now for this 1 guy who isn't even in my friend list I need to turn this off and preferably even show myself as offline to get some rest.

Experiencing this, I thought it would be great if there were more options for showing game activity. Such as "Only show it to friends" and/or when clicking on a server "Don't show game activity as status for this server". 

I guess my problems will be over before this feature could be implemented, but I feel like this is really something that is missing right now. I hope something like this could be implemented in the future.

    In general, there really needs to be more options and fine grained control over game activity status, for exactly reasons like this and others besides.

    There should be at least a "friends only/servers/everyone" option. Per server disabling of status would be nice.

    There should be options to disable sharing status of certain games, that is saved - e.g. one may be fine sharing most game status at all times, but not want to broadcast that when they are playing an R18 game.

    There should also be a one click toggle to turn game activity on and off and/or a hot key, rather than have to click several menus and scroll.
