PLEASE - Separate the options @everyone, from @here and @roles again like before?

Can we go back to the old setting of separating @everyone from the @here and @roles permissions again?

The blanketed option for "Mention @everyone, @here, and All Roles" option under the Server Settings > Roles section is too broad and open which reduces customization of a server. 

I would like to have prevent people from using @everyone and just allow @here and @roles which will provide a better communication thread to people that are able to interact with the channel or has the role assigned; without someone using the @everyone by mistake which will notify everyone on the server that has no affiliation topic/discussion taking place. 

This will perform greater control of the server settings that people manage.
