ban appeal system

For a person to be able to appeal their ban in a more accessible way, a system would be good which allows you to appeal your ban and in case of not knowing the reason, talk about it with the server staff, what I am proposing is something like the appeal on twitch, a section like the audit log where all the appeals are and you can review them.
